A look at Turkey: 

Turkey is a European country that shares boundaries with eight countries among which are Bulgaria, Greece, Armenia and Georgia

Turkey is a member of the European Union, also one of the well known Schengen country. The country’s official language is Turkish and the official currency is Euros. Turkey’s location at the crossroads of Europe and Asia makes it a country of significant geostrategic importance.

There are 180 universities and academies total in Turkey: 104 of them are State Universities (five of which are technical universities, two of which are institutes of technology, and one of which is fine arts university), and 71 private foundation universities. Living Expenses:

Estimated living expenses for international students are minimally 300 to 400 US dollars per month depending on the student’s way of living. Books and administrative fees are approximately 100 to 150 USD per semester.
